The Right Real Estate Broker
People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate Broker can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.
First, you'll want a Broker ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.
Second, you'll want a Broker with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
Third, you'll want a Broker who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.
Fourth, Foreclosure Stops here. As a Foreclosure Consultant, I offer Loan Modifications and Loss Mitigation Services. I legitimately stop or postpone foreclosure sales, obtain forbearances from beneficiaries and mortgage companies. Negotiating and closing a loan modification is like representing yourself in court: it is possible, but you must decide if you are willing to take the time and assume the risks on what is likely to be your most valuable asset.
Fifth, For owners who can no longer afford to keep mortgage payments current, there are alternatives to bankruptcy of foreclosure proceedings. One of those options is called "Short Sale." I are happy to discuss with you how to price the property to get multiple offers that will be acceptable to the lender. I can also help you set expectations with your buyer's on how long your short sale will take depending on the lender and the complexity of your particular short sale.
Sixth, I have 10 years of experience in real estate-valuing, inspecting, selling, owning and managing. At times working as an independent fee consultant whose services include but not limited to, post purchase/pre-default/pre-bankruptcy counseling. Other times as an outsource resource to the mortgage banking community, investigating allegations of mortgage loan servicing error, predatory lending and real estate transaction fraud. Provided forensic mortgage loan audits, reviews and litigation support to attorneys and has been involved, directly or indirectly with pre-foreclosure, short sale, note purchase and REO sale transactions. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and EXPERTISE. Why would you work with a broker less qualified?
