Important Items that Increase The Value of "Real Estate Notes"
- Interest Rate - Higher rates equal higher returns.
- Payors Credit Score - Higher FICO Equals higer return.
- Down Payment Amount - Higher cash down equals higher equity.
- Loan-To-Value (LTV) - Higher Equity equals less risk.
Keep in mind that the creditworthiness of the individual borrower (the purchaser and "payor") will have some effect on the sale price of an individual note - as does the current market value of the real property.
