Provides Bulk REO Advisory Services for dispensation of multiple assets and provides serious investors who have sound financial capabilities, the direct access to Bulk REO & Note Portfolios, builder Close Outs and Condo Packages, Diamonds, Gold and Oil. We pre-screen Investors and verify their Proof of Funds. We verify the Seller's Ownership & Authority to Sell the asset portfolio. We only work with proven and known selling sources, so we can provide absolute 100% product. Our sources have been vetted and verified. We deliver our client's LOI directly to the private sellers, seller's mandate and clearing houses. The integrity of the transaction and the client's confidential information is never compromised. We don't shop Tapes or Buyer's LOI and POF. We also provide assistance with Exit Strategies and Joint Venture opportunities.

We are Direct to several sources and one away from others:
- We are direct to a private seller that pulls down from Wall Street Banks and we have a LOA on file.
- We are direct to a Platform Trader that can compile tapes of any size or match up buyers LOI with fallouts.
- We get many smaller tapes from banks delivered to our email. All of these tapes have LOA's and Contracts. However, they are on a first come first serve basis.
- We work directly with high powered Hedge Fund Managers and well connected Intermediaries.
- We are one away from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and The FDIC.
IMPORTANT: THE PATRIOT ACT. Sellers have implemented the Patriot Act which has substantially changed the REO process. Here are some highlights:
- All LOI's should be notarized.
- Sellers require a State or Government issued ID from all buyers during the transaction.
Proofing of funds has substantially changed as well:
- Buyers need to have liquid funds in a bank account at the time the tape is ordered and provide the banking coordinates to the seller (routing and account numbers).
- Buyer's can no longer hard proof through escrow or their attorney. The banks are electronically proofing buyer's bank accounts (a bank cannot ping an escrow account).
- Buyers may soft proof (provide the name of banking officer, attorney or escrow officer) in their LOI, but they must have the liquid funds available in their bank account and the escrow officer or attorney must be instructed to release the banking coordinates to the seller during hard proofing.

We will work with a limited daisy chain; however we must speak with the Buyer's Mandate or Buyer directly. This procedure ensures the confidentially of the buyer's documents, facilitates communication and ensures the fast and timely delivery of the portfolios.
